The debt advice industry has had a tarnished reputation in the past, the main accusations levelled at it were often mis-advice and not treating customers fairly, the aim of our network is to work with our members to ensure a constant competent level of advice that puts client journey at the core.
Our CRM system will highlight inappropriate debt exit strategies and allow us to ensure that all advice offered is entirely appropriate to a consumer’s situation and takes into account their current and future circumstances.

By embracing the FCA’s treating customers fairly principles and putting client journey central in the advice process we aim to drive the standards of advice to the pinnacle of the industry, we work with our members to ensure they have all of the relevant qualifications, experience and skill set before passing them as competent.
