As more firms seek to join our network, our principal firm “Two Financial Services” are increasingly paying attention to our network standards in order to maintain that our appointed representatives are offering sound advice and treating customers fairly.
Our procedures in place are centred around the guidance provided by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This ensures that we consistently deliver fair outcomes to our clients and take responsibility for the firm and appointed representatives operating under the Two Financial Services’ network.
Our Network Standards are monitored through our compliance monitoring clear reporting structure.
We look at the following:
- Observed sales and advice sessions between our appointed representatives’ staff and customers
- File reviews
- Sales of specific products and provider spread
- Complaints data
- Policy claims that are refused by insurers
